As part of its 2025 edition, the Sarajevo Photography Festival is excited to host Portfolio Reviews, inviting photographers from around the world to present their work to leading voices in the photography industry.
The Portfolio Reviews will offer an opportunity for photographers to engage in one-on-one sessions with publishers, gallerists, curators, and festival directors. These sessions are designed to provide valuable feedback, creative direction, and insights into publishing and exhibiting work, as well as opportunities for networking and professional growth.
This year’s panel of reviewers includes:
- Caterina De Biasio – Visual Editor at PhotoVogue
- Sylvia Sachini – Curator, Publisher, Editor, Founder of misc.athens, and Curator at Athens Photo Festival
- Bertan Selim – Director of the VID Foundation
- Damir Šagolj – Educator, Documentary Photographer, and Director of the WARM Foundation
- Pierre Mohamed-Petit – Visual Artist, Production at Magnum Photos
- Rubén Salgado Escudero – Photographer and National Geographic Explorer
- David Pujado – Director of Belgrade Photo Month
Due to a limited number of available slots, only selected applicants will receive detailed participation information via email. All necessary details on how to prepare your portfolio and navigate the venue will be provided after the application period has closed.
