is a documentary photographer and storyteller, she develops long-term documentary projects exploring human nature and the connection between humanity and the natural world. A founding member of Inland, an international cooperative of photographers, she works in collaboration with international publications such as National Geographic, Stern, Le Figaro Magazine and Geo.
Wenger began her career as a news photographer in Belgium before turning her focus to long-term documentary work. She has explored human rights, migration, and sexual violence issues in countries such as Libya, the Philippines, Colombia and Mexico.
An award-winning photographer, she received the HSBC Photography Prize for Photography in 2017. Her work has been exhibited in prestigious galleries, museums and festivals worldwide.
